SHARON RUBEN has brought her cabaret act to Feinstein's, Tuscany, Italy and opened the season at The Ocean House. Trained at the Juilliard School of Music, Sharon has performed at Radio City Music Hall as a principal vocalist, and in many musicals including: Hal Prince's Fiddler On The Roof, Kiss Me Kate, Oklahoma and Carousel with Howard Keel.
Even while raising a family, this feisty mother of two entertained everywhere including singing the Star Spangled Banner at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks and Rangers on many occasions. While building a successful direct mail business with her husband Stuart, Sharon performed to rave reviews in the US and Europe.
Her musical comedy, storytelling one woman show "The Best is Yet to Come" played to packed houses at The Laurie Beechman Theater in NYC and Florida. Sharon was a guest on the Dr Oz Show in February 2017 in the episode FAKE NEWS.
Sharon's pride and joy was the epiphany of creating and performing the mini-musical "Two Guys & a Doll Do Broadway," a fast pace scripted celebration of the many aspects of life - from birth to love and marriage to the golden years as told through the art of the Broadway song and Ruben’s master storytelling talents. She brings her acting and comedy talents to the fore, hitting the many emotional notes that comprise the journey through life - bringing laughter and smiles. Two guys and a doll is not only Sharon's story but everybody's story, featuring songs people will always want to hear.
